1. The Somatic Reset – 6-Week Therapy Group

A structured, live group experience designed to help you:

  • Understand stress and anxiety at the nervous system level

  • Gently come out of shutdown and freeze

  • Build emotional regulation and internal stability

  • Integrate insight into daily life

This group combines teaching, guided somatic practices, and space for reflection in a supportive, contained environment.

2. Ongoing Somatic Reset Group

An ongoing therapeutic group for continued regulation, integration, and support.

This group is ideal for those who want:

  • Continued nervous system regulation

  • Ongoing embodied practice

  • Support without the intensity of weekly one-on-one therapy

Themes rotate and reflect real-life challenges such as anxiety, relationships, boundaries, stress, and emotional regulation.

3. Individual Therapy (Limited Availability)

Somatic, trauma-informed individual therapy may be available for those who would benefit from more personalized support.

Group work is often recommended as a first step, with individual sessions used as an adjunct when appropriate.
