1. The Somatic Reset – 6-Week Therapy Group
A structured, live group experience designed to help you:
Understand stress and anxiety at the nervous system level
Gently come out of shutdown and freeze
Build emotional regulation and internal stability
Integrate insight into daily life
This group combines teaching, guided somatic practices, and space for reflection in a supportive, contained environment.

2. Ongoing Somatic Reset Group
An ongoing therapeutic group for continued regulation, integration, and support.
This group is ideal for those who want:
Continued nervous system regulation
Ongoing embodied practice
Support without the intensity of weekly one-on-one therapy
Themes rotate and reflect real-life challenges such as anxiety, relationships, boundaries, stress, and emotional regulation.
3. Individual Therapy (Limited Availability)
Somatic, trauma-informed individual therapy may be available for those who would benefit from more personalized support.
Group work is often recommended as a first step, with individual sessions used as an adjunct when appropriate.
