Guided Meditations for Anxiety, Stress and Emotional Well-Being
MEDITATION LIBRARY
These guided meditations were created and recorded by AL Kaibzhanov, Somatic Psychotherapist MSW, RSW. They draw on his experience as a psychotherapist, his personal meditation practice and common needs that arise in therapy, including grounding, emotional awareness and reconnecting with the present moment. Choose a practice that feels relevant to you today, listen directly on this page or download it for later.
Nervous System Reset (6 Min)
A brief guided practice that invites you to slow down, notice your present experience and reconnect with a greater sense of steadiness.
Emotional Weather Check (7 Min)
A body-aware check-in that helps you notice your current emotions and physical sensations with curiosity, without judging them or needing to change them immediately.
Somatic Daily Check-In (8 Min)
A gentle daily practice for noticing your breathing, physical sensations, emotional state and current needs. Use it as a brief pause to reconnect with yourself during the day.
When You Feel Disconnected (11 Min)
A supportive guided practice for times when you feel emotionally distant, numb or disconnected. It invites you to gently notice yourself and reconnect with your present surroundings.
How to Use These Guided Meditations
Choose a meditation that feels appropriate for your current needs. Find a private, comfortable place where you can listen without interruption. You may sit, lie down or gently move while listening. If focusing on your breath or body increases discomfort, pause the recording and return your attention to your surroundings. There is no requirement to complete a meditation.
A Note About These Resources
These guided meditations are educational wellness resources and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care or emergency mental health support. Meditation may not be suitable in every situation. Stop the recording if you feel increasingly distressed, disconnected or physically uncomfortable.
Guided practices can be helpful, but they cannot address every concern. If you would like personalized support for anxiety, trauma, stress or emotional regulation, you are welcome to connect with our practice.
